I'm really into coloring spiritual theme drawings. I hoped this book would offer me a varity of designs on this subject (the name suggests so). Much to my disappointment, the entire book consists of the same pattern on every page, with only minor variations depicting seasonal/elemental details. I felt totally [scammed], and returned the book for refund.

I highly recommend Barbara Scherek's Celestial Beings of Heaven and Nature Meditation coloring book.

I color to relax and also let out the frustrated artist within.

There are 13 illustrations which represent the four elements of Fire, Air, Water and Earth and correspond to the four quadrants of being which are the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical.

With this in mind, sitting down, clearing my mind, and listening to soft music, I created my own artwork (with Barbara's help) using coloring pencils.

Each illustration took me at least two hours to complete. That was two hours of relaxation, with a bonus of getting in touch with my creative side.

If you have stress in your life this is a perfect outlet, even if you haven't colored since you were a child!

"Celestian Beings of Heaven & Nature Meditation Coloring Book" is a spiritual journey in itself. This exquisite book has been and is my favorite gift for family and friends who need a spiritual lift. It is a beautiful gift for anyone who wants to learn to meditate. It is a thoughtful book one can return to time and time again and always expect to find something new.

I was delighted upon discovering the purpose of receiving "Celestial Beings of Heaven & Nature" as a gift. It was immediately appreciated for the fine detail and in-depth meaning associated with each drawing. Little did I realize how powerful it would be to actually color it. The unique and intricate artwork in this book brings coloring a mandala to another level-a celestial level. Using it provides a meditative way to get in contact with your spirit and your spiritual helpers while opening the universal creative connection. It is an excellent choice for a gift to those who are experiencing illness or to anyone looking for a tool to enhance their spiritual journey. The drawings are simply exquisite; a joy.

I found myself lost in the images and completely engulfed by the sensation of the elements while coloring these pages. Each picture is similar before you begin, but your creativity makes them completely different by the time you have finished. A good choice of books for anyone wanting to find a new and unique way to connect with the elements or meditate on them.

Recently, I conducted a workshop that introduces children to connecting with Spirit. During the workshop, I had the children color one of Barbara's pictures (Main Heart Element - Heaven and Earth Unite). It was amazing to see how intensely they looked at and 'took in' the image first and then meticulously colored it. I believe that the image allowed us to connect to a higher level and was a great tool for the workshop. I would recommend to all caregivers to get a copy of "Celestial Beings of Heaven and Nature Meditation Coloring Book" for their children (and themselves) to travel to magical places and discover their true being.

Her work is exquisite. I became acquainted with her meditation coloring book, "Celestial Beings of Heaven and Nature" about 2 years ago. Using the celestial beings, I have been able to reflect and pursue my spiritual path and at the same time rekindle creative needs that have been dormant for a long time. I have truly enjoyed my time with the celestial beings. More, more, more.

I have some heart chakra issues to work on and this book is perfect for me. I turn on some classical music and color whenever I have a half hour block. Thank you Barbara!
