I love this stuff! I was a hard core, 4-6 cups a day coffee drinker for about 10 years. I would wake up and if I didn't have coffee right away, I got a horrid headache. Well, one day I became sick with a nasty head cold and the coffee didn't sound as appealing as hot honeyed tea so I drank that and used exedrine for the headache and caffine. After a few days without my normal jug of-joe-, I just didn't crave it anymore like I used but I still wanted something in the morning. I tried a bunch till I found this. The flavor is wonderful- mellow & sweet- I would buy it for the flavor alone but the extra health benefits are nice. I can't way to try it iced too!

I've noticed little reaction from using this tea. Having used detox in the past, there were certain things I expected, even in a mild form, that never showed, so I am honestly unsure of any detoxing qualities of the tea. Also, it has a strong cinnamon flavor to me that was very unexpected and as I don't like cinnamon in a drink, unpleasent to me. But, if your looking for a mild detox stimulant and dont mind cinnamon, I'd say give this tea a try.

This creamy, vanilla-flavored tea works really well for cleaning toxins. I've used it every day for years. The biggest evidence that this tea really works is that when I stop using it, I can see the difference in the clarity of my skin. It's far better when I drink a cup of this tea a day. The best part is that it needs no sweetener. It's tasty just as it is.

delicious- no sweetening needed. perfect for the morning, even on a empty stomach. some herbals can be nauseating in the a.m. not sure where the detox part comes in but you feel good after a cup

I have been drinking a glass of this stuff morning and night for years and i think its the best detox tea on the market -- really keeps me ticking along.

The product description states that this tea is gluten free and that is incorrect. The tea contains roasted barley malt, which those with Celiac Disease cannot have. The label on the box even states that it may contain gluten. Be cautious when reading product descriptions on this website.

This tea is tasty and really helpful for dealing with dietary indiscressions. It's a staple in my household.

I first bought this as a subscription, so it wasn't TERRIBLY expensive. I found the first box to be unpleasant: it tasted thin and acrid. But I kept drinking it as I was eliminating caffeine and thought "detoxing" would alleviate the symptoms of caffeine deprivation.
After a couple weeks I was caffeine free, headache free and grump free -- well, less grumpy than the week before. :D

I had several unopened boxes which I put away.

Fast forward a year, I caught a cold at New Year's Eve. I looked through my shelves for all the tisanes in my house. I soon drank up all the ones I like. I figured since I was sick, I wouldn't be able to taste it anyway, so I started on the Detox AM. I was fully recovered in 4 days -- that's a different story: Cold-Eeze Homeopathic, Sugar Free Unflavored Tablets with Zinc, Gluconate & Glycine - 48 ea, Ricola Coughdrop, Honey-Lemon with Echinacea 3oz, lots of Vitamins C and B-complex, and rinse that sinus congestion away! Baby Nasal Aspirator By Apex Medical But I'm still drinking AM Detox.

It's not my favorite tisane (that's Herb Tea, Tension Tamer, 20 bag ( Value Multi-pack of TWO(2) packs of 6 )), but I definitely now appreciate its lightness and health benefits.

WARNING: Don't let the tea sit unrefrigerated; I left a half full teapot overnight and found out the hard way that this herb blend ferments super easily. YECH

Our local healthfood store no longer carries this - so very glad to order it instead!
