Book Description

0878190147 978-0878190140 September 10, 1974 1
With brand new color photographs and illustrations, the fourth edition of this top selling work continues to examine a variety of stealth pathogens, those bacteria with cell walls that are deficient in shape, structure, rigidity, and/or layering, thus making them difficult to diagnose and treat. This edition contains the first electron micrographs of amytotrophic laterial sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's spirochetes. It also features expanded coverage of Lyme disease, discussing its similarity to tuberculosis and syphilis. This book presents bacteria and fungi as they look and grow in the body, allowing researchers and practitioners to diagnose seemingly idiopathic diseases.

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredibly important resource for researching disease, September 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a very important book. Cell wall deficient (CWD) forms of bacteria are hard to find and ignoring them, or the possibility that they can be causing a disease can be a mistake. This book walks you through the means for finding and the effects of CWD bugs. I highly recommend that you read this book if you are serious about hunting diseases.
