In January '07 I began having left hip joint pain. I couldn't sleep on my left side and even during the day I felt it. It didn't stop me from walking or doing anything that I wanted to do, but it was annoying and troubling and it didn't go away. About June'07 I started taking Phosoplex regularly. Last month, February '08, I noticed that my hip pain was gone. I don't know exactly when it stopped hurting, but the pain is gone and I feel great.

i've been taking this product for over a month and i still have joint pain, although it has diminished. i'm still hopeful that with rest and help from this product, the pain will disappear eventually. this product has not been the 'miracle product' that others have claimed. in short, i feel it's still too soon to pass judgement.

I believe that this product did give me a little relief from the terrible pain of osteo arthritis. I used it for a few months despite the high cost. Had to have a hip replaced anyway.. Too far gone.

Thanks once again for the prompt delivery of my Phosoplex. I was worried that I would run out, as I waited too long to re-order, but as usual, it arrived within a couple of days! Many thanks from a loyal client!

I had heard many good things about this product and thought that maybe it would be worth the $$$'s. But after taking it one month, I haven't had much pain relief or improved stability. In fact, the arthritis in my knee flared up badly a week and a half ago. Could have been a seasonal thing. I continue to take Phosoplex and will do so for another month until my supply runs out. Then I'll see if I'll order it again. Regarding the stomach upset issue: When I take the four big capsules before breakfast, I have no problems if I have some milk with breakfast. Otherwise, it's difficult to keep the capsules and my breakfast down.
