The Apple iPhone comes with a set of stereo earbud headsets, which is not something you want to use when driving a car. You cannot have headphones in both ears when driving a car for safety reasons.
And leaving one earbud hanging just looks stupid, and it gets in the way, swinging around.
This mono headset from Cellet is a much better solution. It works with my iPhone 3G perfectly. Audio is loud and clear, and the mic picks up my voice no problems from where it hangs near my lapel.
I didn't want a relatively big, bulky Bluetooth dongle hanging off my ear, and this Cellet headset is MUCH smaller. I highly recommend this Cellet headset to anyone with an iPhone.

I don't find this the most comfortable headset in the world; the headsets with the rubber earpieces are far more comfortable. However, this product works quite well--you can hear and be heard well. For the price, you can't ask for more.

Good performer at low price point.
The earpiece fits nicely into my ear, parking there securely by gravity, without blocking hearing on that side. The microphone and earpiece have good sound quality for speech. Read more

stopped working after 2.5 months
Stopped working after 2.5 months, never dropped, never abused, used few time s only and stopped working. When was working was OK, sound quality was good, but died very quick.

Basic and Works Well
This item is inexpensive and, as such, is very basic. No frills. It does, however, work very well. I use it only for driving in the car and am very happy with it.
