I cannot comment on whether or not this has helped my skin or bones, but I do know this has been an excellent product for hair regrowth. My hair has always been very fine and thin, but it had become thinner than usual before I begin taking this product. I have taken 2 complete bottles and started on the 3rd. I need a hair trim about every 3 weeks now instead of 5. It has also been good for my fingernails. They are stronger instead of thin and easily broken. I would highly recommend this product for hair and nails. It is palatable and I take it simultaneously with Cellfood. I'm not sure you would have to take it with Cellfood to achieve results, but that is how I achieved the desired results.

I read something that told me that silica is necessary for bones, teeth, joints, etc., so I thought I would give it a try. My teeth have always been sensitive to hot/cold and sometimes I even have a sweet tooth. I've tried the special toothpaste and all that and nothing worked, so I decided to live with it. I finished my first bottle and didn't think I noticed much difference until I had run out for a couple of weeks and ate a piece of taffy. ZING! Then I noticed the hot/cold sensitivity was back, too. I guess I took it for granted when it was working. I immediately went out and bought my second bottle. Sprouts has it for a higher price - next time I'll buy from Amazon.

I have been taking this product along with the Cellfood for 12 days now. I have noticed that my nails are alot stronger. As for my hair, not much difference. My skin is terribly sun damaged and I can see a slight difference in my skin. The thing that has amazed me about this product, is the fact it worked so fast. I hurt my neck years ago. I have had terrible pain in my arms and neck for years. I took Cellfood Silica and within about 4 or 5 days, I no longer hurt. Wow!!! I will never do without this product.

I order this for my knee joint and finger joint pains. It really works for my aged joint problem.

I have been ordering this as well as a couple other Cell Food products and would HIGHLY recommend them. I haven't noticed any extreme differences since taking it but I can feel a difference. My hips and knees have always cracked when I walk or bend down. They have done this since I was little. Rarely does that happen now. And at 48 I have had a couple pre-menopausal(sp?) and they are gone. But, I am also taking the regular Cell Food too.

I absolutely love love love love love this product! I have arthritis in my right knee and I was getting cortizon shots in it to relieve the pain about every 6 months, until my Tia(Aunt) told me to try this product! I take 25 drops in the AM and 25 drops in the PM in a 8oz. glass of water and I just love it! I have no more pain when I take the cell food and I'm able to walk normally and not be hobbling around in a lot of pain. But if I forget to take my cell food drops, I know because the pain comes back into my right knee and it's very painful and I can hardly walk. So I totally recommend this product! It has also helped with managing my type 2 diabetes as well! I also have stage 3 kidney failure and since I've been taking these drops my kidney function is improving and getting better too! :)
