Review

"Every school aged child and their parents needs to read this book." -- Dr. Jeffrey Bruno, Ph.D, child psychologist

From the Publisher

We currently live in a time where the majority of hospitals, universities, medical professionals and other officials assigned the job of explaining the process of health to us lay people, believe that the cures to our symptoms are pharmaceutical drugs. Where the key to breast cancer is just a few billion dollars away in further drug research. And where parents and teachers have been bilked into believing that our children--our country's future leaders--learn better with behavioral modification chemicals coursing through their blood stream.

Scott's book is designed to verify two things: how misguided and damaging this drug approach is; and how easy it is to experience first hand the profound relationship between our diet and our health. He does this by walking you through a day in the life of an average person's "nutritional program", so that the reader sees, very clearly, how utterly crazy our approach to health has become. He then points the finger of responsibility directly where it belongs, and lays out a 28-day nutritional cellular cleansing program. This program starts anew on the first of every month (each and every month), and goes for exactly four weeks. You join people from around the country who are doing their cleanse at the same time that you are.

My wife and I finished the cleanse last Saturday! It is great to have someone to do the cleanse with to help keep each other on track.

I didn't think of myself as over weight before, 26 years old, 5'11" 180lbs. But I lost 15 pounds over the course of the month. The last time I was this weight was when I first got married at age 20. My face is slimmer. I feel like I have constant energy all day instead of jolts of energy, in the past these usually coincided with my coffee intake. I don't have the mucus junk in my throat and nose anymore. My allergies are also non-existant. Also, my skin looks a lot more healthy, no more blackheads on my nose. I am definitely going to keep some of the habits I formed during the cleanse and some of the old foods I used to eat I am altering. Besides what I ate on the cleanse the only additional things I plan on eating are fish, whole wheat, decaf coffee (occassionally). Well that's about it, I physically feel so good that it's just not worth ruining it by stickin junk in my stomach.

This book really helped me see the effects different foods have on my health. Just because I can digest it, doesn't make it beneficial!

I totally recommend this book if you are interested in getting junk out of your system and re-building with whole, natural, healthy food. Very important.....if you do the cleanse, find a partner to do it with. Having someone to keep you accountable and to encourage you is great!

In February, I went on Scott Ohlgren's Cellular Cleanse and began the journey of my life! Within 3 days, I began feeling really alive. It was a natural high, natural antidepressant, and natural ADD medication. I got rid of all the foods I was eating that made me feel tired, cranky, and gave me a stomach-ache. My head felt clear and I was able to focus. I lost 8 pounds during the month which was wonderful! I discovered that super healthy food could also taste great. I especially love the Wheatgrasshopper!!! It is delicious and is a superfood for health.

This book has all the information about how to cleanse the toxins out of your system and replace them with superfoods for health and vigor. It is a one-stop shop for clearing up what ails you. If you have skin or digestive problems, this is a must-read book.

Officially, I am off the cleanse, but I plan to do it again completely in 4 months and every 6 months forever. I have adopted many components of this healthy lifestyle and will always make much better food choices. Thank you Scott!

I love, love, love this book! I could not put it down! It is so inspirational. Why? One: Scott writes in such a way that makes it simple for any lay person to understand complex nutritional concepts. Two: his passion and caring came through in every line. I really felt like he was talking directly to me and that he cared about me. The style of writing is personable and caring. And Three: it is humorous and entertaining!
Well, he has me hooked. I am starting his next"NACHO" cleanse on the first of this next month.
Sincerely, Tonia

With a history of medical problems from as long as I can remember, and with the use of medicine everyday of my life, I can honestly say that Scott's book and the process of the cellular cleanse changed my life. I learned so much about my body and how it operates by reading his book. I was able to see personal results that allowed me to know that all of the information that he gave was true and right. After reading the book and doing the cellular cleanse, I no longer take medication, I am not sick, and I have lost weight! His book is both interesting and funny. It has great resources in it that aid to your life. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to be healthier, lose weight, get off medication, and feel better. So, basically everyone that exists. If you follow the advice/guidlines in this book, your lifestyle will change. Please order this book.
Thanks,
Meredith

This book has changed my life! I am the PR/Marketing Coordinator for Earth Fare in Charlotte, NC. Scott Ohlgren is conducting a seminar June 27th in our store, so I decided to read the book. When I picked up the book May 27th, I weighed 163 lbs. I was depressed, hated my job, family and life in general. I could not put the book down! Everything made sense and thus began a shift in my thinking process...I guess you could say I was ready, ready to stop feeling the way I did. I started the program on May 31st. The first week I lost 8 lbs, second week 4 more, and the third week has ended with a loss of 3 lbs! I have never felt better in my entire life! My mother died of Cancer when she was 38 years old, and I believe in a devine intervention that has resulted in my employment in a healthy environment and the introduction of this wonderful program! I practice a completely Raw Food lifestyle now, and don't know if I even want to go back to cooked food. It's amazing the transformation! People here at work are considering the program based on my results. One thing I know for sure is that you have to be ready, ready to live differently, ready to see differently, ready to be and feel Healthy! Good Luck my friend, Katherine
