My wife and I finished the cleanse last Saturday! It is great to have someone to do the cleanse with to help keep each other on track.
I didn't think of myself as over weight before, 26 years old, 5'11" 180lbs. But I lost 15 pounds over the course of the month. The last time I was this weight was when I first got married at age 20. My face is slimmer. I feel like I have constant energy all day instead of jolts of energy, in the past these usually coincided with my coffee intake. I don't have the mucus junk in my throat and nose anymore. My allergies are also non-existant. Also, my skin looks a lot more healthy, no more blackheads on my nose. I am definitely going to keep some of the habits I formed during the cleanse and some of the old foods I used to eat I am altering. Besides what I ate on the cleanse the only additional things I plan on eating are fish, whole wheat, decaf coffee (occassionally). Well that's about it, I physically feel so good that it's just not worth ruining it by stickin junk in my stomach.
This book really helped me see the effects different foods have on my health. Just because I can digest it, doesn't make it beneficial!
I totally recommend this book if you are interested in getting junk out of your system and re-building with whole, natural, healthy food. Very important.....if you do the cleanse, find a partner to do it with. Having someone to keep you accountable and to encourage you is great!

In February, I went on Scott Ohlgren's Cellular Cleanse and began the journey of my life! Within 3 days, I began feeling really alive. It was a natural high, natural antidepressant, and natural ADD medication. I got rid of all the foods I was eating that made me feel tired, cranky, and gave me a stomach-ache. My head felt clear and I was able to focus. I lost 8 pounds during the month which was wonderful! I discovered that super healthy food could also taste great. I especially love the Wheatgrasshopper!!! It is delicious and is a superfood for health.

This book has all the information about how to cleanse the toxins out of your system and replace them with superfoods for health and vigor. It is a one-stop shop for clearing up what ails you. If you have skin or digestive problems, this is a must-read book.

Officially, I am off the cleanse, but I plan to do it again completely in 4 months and every 6 months forever. I have adopted many components of this healthy lifestyle and will always make much better food choices. Thank you Scott!

I love, love, love this book! I could not put it down! It is so inspirational. Why? One: Scott writes in such a way that makes it simple for any lay person to understand complex nutritional concepts. Two: his passion and caring came through in every line. I really felt like he was talking directly to me and that he cared about me. The style of writing is personable and caring. And Three: it is humorous and entertaining!
Well, he has me hooked. I am starting his next"NACHO" cleanse on the first of this next month.
