Product is defective and will be returned.

It is very comfortable to wear, and the microphone boom is incredibly flexible and repositionable (perhaps too flexible -- almost flimsy).

Avoid the aggravation - rather than purchase this, just throw your money in the trash.

Having owned it for a few days, its worked very well. With the semi running, radio playing, CB radio on, and AC fan on high, people we talked to heard no back round noise and we heard them clearly. Nice replacement for our old plantronics voyager.

I'm in a noisy truck and people can never hear me when I'm on a bluetooth headset. I've tried several headsets that claim to be noise reducing, but none have worked. With this headset, I can drive with the windows down and callers can hear me.

If there is one complaint I have it's that the headset doesn't fit snugly against my ear. This can make it difficult for me to hear in a noisy environment, so I have to press it with my hand. In normal conditions this isn't an issue.

Aside from that, this is a great headset. The price is very reasonable and the sound quality is superb. I highly recommend it.

Device is nice when it works...But....I am on my 5th device

Product is a bit large for your typical travelling road warrior.
That being said, I find myself on long conference calls at home and in the car and this is a nice solution for that. I have travelled with it, fits well in the brief case.

Pretty comfortable. Takes a day to get used to the fit, then you are fine.

Good charging options. They do not say that.. It has a USB plug for charging, and a USB car charger and normal wall plug adapter. So you just need to travel with the USB cord, I leave the Car charger in my car and just pull out the cord when I need it.

First one I had... Would not recharge. But, with a 5 year warrenty and nice Amazon returns.
All is well on that front. A new one arrived promptly. I did take one star away for the failure of the first charger.

So, pretty good value for the money with a 5 year warranty.

Update... Rating Lowered to 1 Start

After 3 months of use. It stopped working. Sent it back to the company (too late to return to Amazon).
Promptly got a new one. Dead on Arrival. Would not Charge.
Called, company sent a new one (they tested it to make sure it would charge). It did charge, but would not turn on. Dead on Arrival.

Called, company will send another (will fully test before sending. Nice service.).

So, on the plus side. Great customer support and good warranty support.
On the negative side. Some pretty big quality problems. Waiting for my 5th device to arrive. There are lots of reviews talking about failed device......

I am one of the "wears glasses and has small earholes" group so the over the head models are the only bluetooth devices that work for me. In order to work, they need to fit over my head comfortably, have good sound quality and noise cancellation and long battery life. So far, this device works well.

This headset is very lightweight and adjusts to even larger than my large head needs. The pad on the head band also moves which is nice when you have your hair up. It was quite difficult to pull the band out at first.

The sound quality has been excellent. I can hear and be heard over road noise while walking and sitting next to a noisy fan. I have not had a chance to test it from inside the cab of the pickup. The signal didn't degrade when I left my phone in one room and walked to the next and it has had no problem getting though pockets or purse.

The buttons are pretty intuitive and quite large. I have no problem finding them and using them when wearing the headset. The manual is actually helpful. The angle of the mic is adjustable and so is the boom. This causes some problems in that you have to be sure to grab the base of the boom to adjust the angle - otherwise, you just put a kink in the boom.

I haven't tested the battery to exhaustion yet. The headset does power off if you don't use it for an hour which helps. The phone came with a USB charger and a car charger (as well as an extra ear pad).

This unit is hands down the best I've used in the truck (I'm a truck driver). When I speak to friends/family they can't believe I'm speaking to them from the truck. They had grown accustomed to asking me to repeat myself with the first two hands free devices I owned. The noise cancelling is that good. Battery life is adequate.

Now for the bad. I must keep my head level when I'm using it. If I look up or down it just falls off. The volume could be a little louder, too. I keep it at it's highest volume setting and it is barely adequate with some calls.

This is a good product for the price.

This is my 3rd bluetooth headset in a few years. I'm an OTR asphalt trucker, so NOISE is a problem for me when I'm on a phone call. Noise to the person I'm talking to and loud enough to overcome the noise around me. This headset got poor reviews from the people I talked to. I even had the "sounds like water running" once. Something I have not heard since I started using Noise-Cancelling headsets. In addition, I was not able to get the volume loud enough to *comfortably* overcome the noise around me. Out of the 3 I have owned, I would give this a 3rd Place ribbon. 1st Place would go to Motortrend, although I felt they were cheaply built and fragile, and 2nd Place would go the Blue Parrot. The Motortrend, my sister could not believe I was mowing my lawn with my 26 HP riding lawnmower. 45 mins later, she called again and asked..."Are you still mowing?"...I said "No". She ordered one that very day. Hope this helps!
