I really I have no idea if this cleansing system is "flushing" toxins out of my body.

When I reached my peak dose of 3 colon cleansing pills and 3 body purifier pills in the morning and evening, I had the regular bowl movements 3 times a day like the product said I should. I did have some rather unpleasant cramps, but not much gas. Within a few minutes of the cramps I would have to use the bathroom immediately. The cramping and urgency may have been due to the dosage I was consuming. After all, the Colon Clear bottle warns users that their product contains Cascara Sagrada, and that it should not be used if you have or develop "diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain." Perhaps I was simply taking too much, but personally, I never felt ill or endangered, and I didn't mind going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times a day.

After about two weeks I started feeling slightly lighter in my lower abdominal region.

Overall, I think this product is fine -aside from the unpleasant cramps- and if you have ever wanted to try a cleansing this one would be a good one to try. Be aware: It can take weeks to complete this cleanse, and you might have cramps and frequent bowl movements.

P.S This product contains Black Cohash, apparently pregnant and nursing women should avoid it.

This is a great product, although this product may not be suitable for all person, it does the job its suppose to do. If you dont have a regular bowel movement then you may end up taking the max of 3 pills twice a day. But please be aware you may expiernce major cramping (a sign to let you know GO NOW!).
Ive been doing the colone cleanse on a regular for over 6months, and now i only do 1 pill twice a day and i dont get the major cramps since when i first started using the product. You use for 14 days, then of course give your body a rest as it says to do when you read the directions.
If your not sure about the product do your research first online, and it should answer the questions you may have. You can always come back to this website to order, if you find that the prices are cheaper.

This product really WORKS! After two days I had regular bowel movements twice sometimes three times a day. Not to mention my belly is flat now. It got rid of all that waste that was just sitting there. I highly recommend this product!

I have struggled with a "slow" system for years and breads and other like foods tend to stop me up. Laxatives worked but were always so painful and unpredictable. This product is cramp-free, predictable, and also gas-free!

I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a normal function!

I've been reading information about Duel Action Cleanse's product claims and how they're a scam. I took Duel Action Cleanse about a year ago and had great results. It was everything it promised. When I wanted to end my automatic shipments, they gave me no problem doing so. As with everything, do your research but I found this to be a great product.

I think the dosage of this product and the frequency in which it is taken, totally, depends upon the individual who takes it. I think it worked fantastic for me, however, I had to regulate how much and when I took it until I felt comfortable with it. Given in the dosage recommended for someone who is 125 lbs - 170 lbs - 250 lbs will all have drastic results. Be smart about it, and it WILL WORK!

Ive always had problems with regularity .. Sometimes only going 1-2x a week. Ive been taking these supplements for 2 days now and I think Ive had about 10-15 healthy BMs. Every 20 minutes I feel like I can use the bathroom, not in an urgent way like I HAVE TO GO NOW, but it just feels like everything is ready to be released from my system. No diarrhea, no gas, no bloating. I already feel lighter and a little more empty. Cant wait to see the results in 30 days. Im trying to eat clean, avoiding processed foods like bread and pasta and instead eat fresh fruit, vegatables, lean poultry and fish and taking apple cider vinegar, so I can totally detox my body while on this. Out with the bad, in with the good.

I was initially skeptical of this product, especially after reading some negative reviews about it. Once I tried it, however, I was pleased with the results. I had no problems achieving the desired results, though I did have to adjust the dosage at times.

The first few days, I had some problems with mild cramping and increased gas. It was uncomfortable but did pass.

I now feel lighter and healthier and would highly recommend this product for someone experiencing chronic constipation.

I can truly say this product really works to my amazement. This together with exercising and a good diet will get you where you want to be. Definitely worth the money.

I liked the product. It did everything that the infomercial said. It was good. Helped with bloating and with starting me off on my weight loss program. I really liked the green tea pills that came with it.
