The Cream: The cream is more like a blue gelly-like substance with a pleasant powdery fresh type of scent. The scent is not overbearing but it does slightly fade throughout the day. My cellulite was less visible on the second night; it was still there, but it has almost all "gone" and I've only been using it for 8 days. The gel does makes my skin feel more taut and extremely smooth, too!

The Pills: I have been taking 1 pill a day (they say that you can take up to 3 pills a day but I'm 5'3", small-meduim build, and weigh a nice 118lbs so I'm not exactly overweight, I just want to lose some vanity pounds/inches and tone up). The pills are not miracle workers, but they do boost the metabolism enabling workouts to be more efficient. I do 2 sets of 25 crunches for the left, right, upper and lower abs (each) and I definitely have been having visible results. Truthfully: I have lost 1.5 inches around the lady-pooch (what is that really called? the bladder area, abdomen... well, you girls know what I mean) so far.

The Verdict: I will definitely continue to use these two products together for the rest of the 30 days and see what happens. Even if the pills don't necessarily do anything special, the gelly-cream is worth it.

This product is good for helping the appearance, but I wished that it would actually help get rid of it.
From watching a few shows they call it "Hope in a bottle" because all it does is mask the cellulite and doesn't really remove it as some people "might" think that it will.

This is one of the few systems that actually seems to help with cellulite on the upper arm. I haven't noticed much of a change on the thigh area, but the tummy and upper arm actually show some improvement. I have to note that I have been "dieting" or at least changing my eating habits which also helps.

The cream did leave my legs feeling smoother but I saw absolutely no difference. I've been through 2 containers of the cream now & stayed on top of taking the pills until they were finished. Smells & feels nice but definitely & unfortunately, no results here.

I actually noticed a pretty significant difference but of course it didn't all go away. I've heard that you can get the same results from just rubbing lotion on the cellulite spots because it is more the stimulation of those cells that causes the results than the lotion.

I purchased this Nivea product sold directly by amazon in May 2011. When I received the product I noticed the EXPIRATION DATE IS ON A LABEL, this was obviously a red flag as expiration dates are always imprinted directly on the packaging and product. The label states the expiration date is 2/25/2012 and when I lifted the label the true expiration is 05/16/2010. I contacted Nivea directly and they discontinued the supplements (capsules) part of the Good Bye Cellulite regimen last year- 2010. I will be getting my money back from Amazon as this is ILLEGAL!! I only rated 3 stars because I used this product several years ago and it worked like magic. Unfortunatley, it is now discontinued.

I really love this product, I didn't stay on schedule with the pills, however, I saw great results from the cellulite cream. It makes your skin feel good and it really helps clear up your cellulite. I have seen a change and I order mines in March. It is great. I am going to order some more. It is great.

Good- Makes skin feel smooth and refreshed...

Bad- Does not reduce cellulite appearance!!!! And is not scented.

I don't recommend you girls to buy this product here at Amazon, when i received this product i read all the instructions and it said to used it best by the day before the day that says expired on the box and when i looked at it, it was already expired from 2 yrs ago, so lady's its better to go to your nearest pharmacy and buy it there personally because you could check if its not open or not expired, how can Amazon sell something that is not going to work thats why we are paying for something that will work not for some garbage!!!!!

Let's just cut to the chase here, this stuff WORKS!! I have heard that this is a favorite among models but how much help do models need really? I need the strong stuff, not the superficial cream for minor blemishes, I've got serious problems here! That is why I haven't tried it until it was given to me to review. After having 2 kids, the skin on my stomach looks like something out of a sci-fi alien movie, it was certainly not the human skin I was born with. I don't mind sporting my pooch but I stop at wrinkly, bunchy, wavy skin. It is enough to make me phone a plastic surgeon. I've tried every kind of cream, very expensive ones, and they had some positive results but none like this one. After 2 weeks of use, the skin on my tummy is visibly smoother. I can't say much for the actual loss of fat but it definitely makes me look nicer and therefore in my mind skinnier. The main ingredient is L-carnitine which is natural in the body and metabolized fat into energy. It comes with dietary supplements
that will help this process but I am taking other vitamins already so I did not take these (and I still had results!).
