Celtic Dreamland offers an assortment of delightful melodies drawn from the softer aspect Celtic musical tradition, ideal for children's bedtimes as well as adult quiet time or meditation time. A diversity of artists contribute their talents to this soothing anthology of gentle Gaelic music and songs. The tracks are Casadh an tSugain (4:01), Dream Angus (3:25), Goodnight and Joy (2:25), An Fhideag Airgid (4:17), The Dove's Return (2:58), Cagaran Gaolach (2:21), Eilean M' Araich (2:33), A Phluirin Mhilis (2:41), When Juniper Sleeps (3:54), and Ye Banks and Braes (3:55). Highly recommended.

The songs are great and very relaxing for my baby. It's our new night time lullaby CD. My only complaint is that the CD isn't long enough. She's just starting to be fully asleep when the CD cuts off. My husband burned it twice onto a CD and so it's a good length now.

I simply cannot believe I'm not sick of this album given how many times I've heard it. My 3.5-yr-old asks for it by name most nights. It's beautiful and very well compiled. I'm going to check out other recordings by Dougie MacLean ("Goodnight and Joy" is my favorite track here).

I'm going to start this review by saying that I am not a child and this was not purchased for a child. I bought it for myself, as I love soothing music and I love Celtic music, specifically Putumayo's. This CD is gorgeous. The songs are quiet, beautiful and relaxing. I love listening to this CD when I'm stressed or too wired to fall asleep, it always does the trick!

I gave this to a coworker as a shower gift on a recommendation from Crunchy Granola Baby in Salem, Mass. It is great soothing, sleepy, dreamtime music for any infant or child.

My daughter loves this "night-night" CD so much she doesn't even want me to read to her at bedtime anymore. It works too well!

This collection of Celtic songs is truly beautiful for all ages and ideal for bedtime- it has been one of the ritual CD's for our kids for years and they are still not tired of it! A must for all parents or anyone who appreciates gorgeous peaceful and uplifting melodies. We have many Putumayo CD's and this is definitely one of our favorites!

This CD (on repeat) is part of our baby's sleep routine. She hears it and knows it is bedtime. My husband and I love the CD, too (he is Irish). It is very soothing and helps put the whole family to sleep. I pretty much love most of the Putumayo Kids CDs ...more than tolerable baby music.

I bought this thinking that it would help soothe my son to sleep at night. It's "OK" but not stellar. I actually find it to be a bit boring and tend not to play it that often.

I bought this and African Dreamland before my daughter was born. Love Celtic music but didn't really like this CD. Definitely preferred African Dreamland
