I am really glad we have this tray. It is beautiful in person, the craftsmanship is very good and interesting. There is a card from Statesmetal that explains how each piece is made using traditional methods.

I've ordered a number of silver plated trays for our wedding on the Internet (No, this one is not silver plated; it is pewter.) and I like this one more than most.

As a note, the distributor has an external site. You will get this and any of the other pieces from this line at the same price and the same amount for shipping on their sliding scale. So feel safe knowing you are getting a fair price for the piece and for shipping if ordering multiple pieces.

This entire line is beautiful and heirloom quality! We added all of it to our wedding registry and received them as shower gifts, they were perfect for use on our wedding day! We have the both platters, the goblets, and the unity candle. All will be cherished and will certainly stand the test of time! Highly recommended as a sincere quality gift.
