This review is from: Celtic Legends of the Beyond: A Celtic Book of the Dead (Paperback)
This is a tremendously fun read of a portion of Anatole Le Braz's "La Legende de la Mort" with fairly good translation from what I can tell. Anatole Le Braz walked the Breton land collecting word-of-mouth stories he knew would be lost were he not to put them into printed form, embellishing these stories with his poetic elegance. This translation has wonderful Celtic illustrations and each story lures one on to the next. Le Braz has captured the Breton spirit brilliantly. I highly recommend this book purchased from Amazon at a great price and mint new condition.

This book contains a collection of short stories placed within themes relating to the title. The stories are well written and very interesting. Nice literature and gives some insight to cultural thinking on this and related material.
