I just received this album for my daughter's baptism and have been listening to it nonstop ever since. Sheila Walsh is a Scottish Christian singer and as the title states, she lets her Celtic roots shine through on this CD. Many of the lullabies are new and unfamiliar, but they're soothing and beautiful--you and your little one will learn to love them quickly. She also includes some lovely renditions of familiar favorites: "Jesus Loves Me," "God is so Good," and "Come Into My Heart." My personal favorite is the Scottish hymn from the 17th Century she includes "The Lord is My Shepherd." Sheila's voice is clear and gentle--you can tell she's a mom herself and has probably sung these to her own child. The whole CD is a wonderful compilation of a parent's love and God's love and care for little children. I highly recommend it!

I received this CD when my daughter was born. It is a wonderfully unique album of beautiful and peaceful lullabies that both parent and baby will love for many years! I highly recomend it.

This is the best lullaby CD I have ever heard. I am picky with music, but this is great. My 2 year old is always lulled to sleep with this in a nice even pace. Unfortunately, it has gotten hard to find. I sent it to my sister's newborn. She thanked me and said, "Sorry. It's not for him. It's for me." She literally will listen to it while driving when she needs to relax. Very nice.

I love most anything that is done by Sheila Walsh. She has a warm, comforting voice. The songs on this album are precious. I listen to them even when the grandchildren are not around!

If you're a Christian mom, you'll love this album for your little baby. Track #2 was the one that truly got me (In Heaven's Arms Tonight). I received this for my son's baptism, and it was probably the best gift anyone could give for such an occasion. And to top it off...the lullabies do coax my son to sleep. Works like a charm.
