Here is a list of the musicians on this CD:Paddy and Kevin Glackin: fiddles, Sean Og Potts: uilleann pipes, tinwhistle, John Regan: accordion, John Wynne: flute, Tom McDonagh: bouzouki, Mark Kelly: guitar. It's a great line-up of accomplished musicians.

This is my first time to buy Irish music and I didn't go wrong! The Na Connerys have captured the spirit and zest that is traditional Irish folk music. If you have even the smallest liking of Irish music you can't go wrong with this CD. It is fast bouncy and just plain fun to listen too! So get ready to do some toe tapping and foot stomping!

Inexpensive, great vitality, good selection of tunes.,

While I don't particularly like the speed at which these tunes were played, there is no denying the accomplished level of playing on this CD. There is great power and energy on the jigs and reels. The melody instruments aren't smothered by bodhrans and guitars. While this is a small session compared to some huge Dublin groups that get together, still, some of the more intricate ornaments have been sacrificed to speed. But I still think it's great and well worth owning. Although musicians aren't credited here I'd bet that we're hearing some Glackin on fiddle. Buy this. It's a bargain! It's a far more "authentic" sound than The Chieftains and a lot more fun. It's a session that you'd hear in Ireland only if you were very, very lucky.
