I should note to anyone who might come across CELTIC WOMAN 3, this is compilation of female Celtic artists like Mary Black and Maire Brennan, This is not the popular vocal group Celtic Woman. Unlike with the pop group, the artists featured on the cd is that their music is folk/pop as opposed to classical/pop.

As a a fan of celtic music, I was looking for some new celtic music and I found it with CELTIC WOMAN 3. I was quite pleased as well as surprised that most of the cd is not as predictable as some celtic compilations are, with the exception of Clannad's tiresome "Theme from Harry's Game" which I have heard one too many times in the past. The rest of the album is a wonderful compilation of an array of female celtic artists, old and new. The songs are beautiful to say the very least. I found the cd to be very relaxing to listen to. I really liked the songs that had a new age sound like "The Star of the County Down" by Sheoda and "The Green Fields of Canada" by Cherish the Ladies. I liked the fact that the compilation didn't consist of songs that I had heard on every other celtic compilation (with the exception of the Clannad track). I enjoyed listening to every song on the album despite being a bit tired of "Theme from Harry's Game". I think fans of celtic woman won't be disappointed in the new volume of CELTIC WOMAN.

As great as I expected it to be. Thanks for being a source for Celtic music.

A must for those who feel the call of the celts, or for the truly romantic soul. I exposed my new husband to this genre about the time I discovered his Welsh ancestry for him. Now he understands why this type of music "calls to his blood". Get it, you won't regret it.

At first I was disappointed that the CD was not the original group of Celtic Woman performers who I really love. However listening to the music I found the performers were very enjoyable. I would reocomend this disc to anyone with an appreciation for Celtic music.

I bought this CD thinking it was the Celtic Woman group of PBS fame. I didn't find this group of women to be nearly as talented...or perhaps it was just that I didn't care for the musical selections as much...but I was a bit disappointed in the CD. I will listen to it again, but probably not as frequently as I listen to the real Celtic Woman!

I was very disappointed in this CD. I was expecting something more like the group Celtic Woman. I didn't like the voices or the songs. I probably will not listen to it again.

Purchased for gift for my sistet's birthday. She called a few days after receiving it and said she liked it allot.
