Quite interesting!
I loved the details in this book. There is a sequal out, newly released for other local areas. I think even if you aren't from the area, the stories of the dead that are listed in here are excellent. The details of how to find neat info on grave stones are fascinating. This is a great title and I am looking forward to reading the next one.

Cemeteries of Northeast Ohio
Unfortunately, this book was a disappointment. Like the previous effort by Ms. Vigil, it lacks depth and understanding of the significance of historic cemeteries. Also, the photograph selections are mundane and uninspiring.

My wife and I are both cemetery enthusiasts. We look for out-of-the-way cemeteries with great old stories and well-worn headstones. This book has proven a trusty guide in finding new ones to explore while finding new info on the ones we already know.
Ms. Blum did a terrific job researching these sites. The info within is valuable and accurate. This guide adds to our experiences while hunting down new and intriguing cemeteries in Ohio. What a great find.
