This book was a very interesting read. I ordered it for a college course, but it's the type of book that anyone would enjoy. It gives several real life examples of cases that are relevent to today's business climate. Also, the company website offers interact quizes and reviews for each chapter. I will look for this company's books in the future.

I thought I had already sent a review but maybe it didn't go through. The response time of receiving this book was excellent. The book was in better condition than expected. Thank you to this seller. I will be ordering again in the future.

The new book was bought. According to the official website of the manual, Access is available for free as an optional package item with each new text. However, there was not access code in the book. Therefore, the book is not new and I have to pay another $40 to buy it. Scam!!!
