Daren mcall,very nice and loves to play basketball. Heloves to help others. He helps out Gary and teaches him a little bit of how to play basketball. Daren and Lou get into a fight, but they get over it in the end.

They won their first game 52,45.Then Daren's neighbor wanted him to help Gary learn how to play basketball.Their next game was against the Blazers.They had won that game, but Daren didn't play well at all.The next game was against the Rebels.

If they lost that game they would be out of the playoffs.The RANGERS WON!!!They got to go to the tournament.

In the past,At the basketball court and Daren's home.

You shall never give up even if you are losing and if you are under pressure.You may never know if someone did something unless you ask them or you have proof.

I liked this book a lot;it kept me alive and I was never bored of the story.I wish all books were like this one!!!

Matt Christopher is one of my 2 favorite authors, the other being J.K. Rowling. Center Court Sting is about a guy who has problems with his language. And as a result of it, everybody hates him. He goes through people doing pratical jokes on him and being teased. This book taught me 2 things. 1 is that people can change, and 2 is that what goes around comes around.

He was very rough and Gary got really mad.There next game was against the Blazers. ( they were really good )SO there coach made them practice very hard. They had won that game, but Daren didn't play well at all. Then gary's father asked Daren if he could get gary and try to tell him he was to hard and he wouldn't be as hard on him. The next game the Rangers had was against the Rebels. If they lost tht game they would be out of the playoffs. The RANGERS WON!!! They got to go to the tournament.

I would recommend this book for 5th graders who like basketball. This book is about a boy named Daron. He has a bad attitude problem. But one day the coach can't take it anymore so he threatens Daron to kick him off the team. I chose this book because it is about basketball and tells you how you can handle things when you are a jerk.

CENTER COURT STING

I think this book is good for kids how have a problem with someone on a team. This book was by Matt Christopher; he has over 40 sports books out. This book was about a basketball player named Daren McCall; he has a problem with his teammate Lou Bettman. Lou has accuses Daren of bad mouthing him and vandalism. Then Daren turns the tables on and Lou is out to get him. The team is divided in two camps. The first camp is the ones how innocence Daren. The second camp is those how believe Lou. It heats up when Daren falls to an outrageous victim. But did Lou retaliate, or Daren Suspects. Is someone else trying to teach Daren a lesson?

THE BOOK I WAS READING WAS CALLED CENTER COURT STRING.

IT WAS ALL UP TO PETER TO MAKE THE LAST SHOT AND IT WAS 7 SECOND ON THE CLOCK AND THE HE SHOT BUT MISSED THE SHOT AND THE WHOLE TEAM IS MAD AT HIM.
