This is perhaps the best book ever published in the field of Leadership development. We have all heard that Leadership is Learning by doing. This CCL explains what makes an assignment developmental. It puts the findings of the CCL in one book and make it available to the public. The book explains clearly the benefits and impacts of Feedback Intensive Programs, Coaching and Developmental Assignments.
