for those of us who are of "certain age." This covers most of the essential vitamin and mineral bases, and you don't have to add too many more supplements beyond calcium and fish oil and maybe CoQ10. Unlike another reviewer, I have had no problem taking this capsule, and I do not find it to be over-sized. Amazon's price is right. I think it's a good deal in every respect.

I tried numerous multi-vitamins on my elderly relative with advanced Parkinsons. She had trouble with all of them: too hard to swallow, bad taste so she refused them, chewables too hard to chew,and so on. Some simply did not have the proper nutrients in them.

I finally tried this one. 6 weeks later, she has improved in her cognition and happiness and appears to have more energy.

I am surprised to hear that some people find this pill is hard to swallow. One of the problems in Parkinson's is the increasing inability to swallow. Apparently this pill is shaped in a way that makes it easier for my relative to swallow.

I do wish that supplement makers would put the pill size and shape on the outside of the bottle. NOW does that on some of their supplements. Lots of people have swallowing problems, and should not have to buy a product simply to find out it is too hard to swallow.

There are ingredients I wish I could change the Centrum Silver Women's Ultra, however, I finally found a multi-supplement that my relative can use for now.

One's body changes as we age and therefore we need different vitamins to meet these new needs and Centrum Ultra Silver fits the bill. I particularly like the fact that when scientists find new vitamins and minerals which are necessary for older women that the manufacturer takes heed and adds and/or deletes some of what is in the formulary. I'm a loyal customer!

I received almost expired product, it would be for sure expired before I finish those vitamins.
Had to keep it because I opened it before checking expiration date. Waste of my money, I could of buy it for almost same price at CVS.

I tried and tried to take this vitamin, but it is just too rough. I could handle the size, but the coating almost chokes me.

I don't know how I would feel if I didn't take this product because I've been taking it for a while. I will continue to buy this product and in this convenient size. I feel that I am getting the boost that my body needs and I am still very active.

Well recommend by my doctor when i broke my leg and wrist and i have used since 1999. After 3 yrs later, had a big surgical operation and also was recommended by the doctor.

Has all vitamins that we need. Taking once a day is a good strategy to keep your healthy a little better ;)

I bought this product at least 3 month ,it is really good product for my mum, I would like buy more in the future.

For seniors, who sometimes have a hard time swallowing, creating such a big pill seems ill advised. I did not realize that it would be so much bigger than the regular Centrum Silver but it is. I was totally surprised when it took the bottle out of the box. I tried breaking it but it left rough edges which made it equally hard to swallow.

I decided I would call them to complain, which I did. They told me that it had to be big so that it could contain the calcium. They suggested that when you cut the pill, you polish the edges to make it smoother or that you grind it up. I told them that I really was not interested in doing that much work just to take a supplement. I thought that they might offer me, at least, a coupon for regular Centrum but they did not even take my name.

Wyeth, now owned by Pfizer, is apparently not interested in good customer relations. Not only am I advising that you not buy Centrum Silver Ultra Women's supplement, but I am suggesting you do what I am going to do, look for a store brand that has similar contents of regular Centrum Silver, save a few bucks and put that money toward the purchase of a calcium supplement.
