I've been using centrum silver and decided to try this new women's formulation. Purchasing it in this quantity (200 tabs) is economical over what might be paid locally, - I won't keep running out every 2 mos, and the tablets are easy to swallow.

Nutrients include 800 mg. of vitamin D, 100% of vitamin B12 (good for vegetarians/vegans), and half the daily recommendated dose of calcium. If you should not have iron, this preparation is not for you.

If you ever have any difficulty swallowing pills, this is not for you. The pill is larger than a typical multi-vitamin, and even cut in half, I was unable to swallow it without gagging.

i eat a 'primal' diet which is very low in dairy so i focus on geting my calcium from veggies but it's hard without dairy. i get women's mainly because of their calcium content. i also liked it best when compared to competitors for their D3, K2, and Magnesium. The only caution with taking women's vitamins, as I understand it, is the higher iron content due to women losing iron during menstruation but 18mg of iron are ok as up 45mg are safe for an adult male. Centrum men's has 8mg of iron, compared to women's 18mg, not a big deal.

I'm in feeding period, hope this item can provide me enough vitamins.

I've taken centrum women for some time, it helps me on my sleeping, and I feel I'm taking care of myself on every aspect on nutrition, which is really good. And the subscribe price is really attractive.

My husband has taken Centrum Silver vitamins for men for a long time now, so when I decided to start taking a new multivitamin I thought I would try their brand also. But these vitamins are huge! As one other reviewer said, even split in half they are hard to swallow. I've taken them for three days now and only once was I able to get the half vitamin down with no problems. This morning it got stuck in my throat and that's a scary feeling. These vitamins are at least a third larger than the Centrums my husband takes. I'll have to throw them away, and they were not cheap. I'm very disappointed.

I've been trying to make overall health improvements in my life, and one of those is a multivitamin. I picked these up at a local drugstore.

I could only take them for three days. First of all, the pills are even larger than a normal multivitamin (I've taken other brands before). And second of all, they overwhelmed me with the most powerful nausea I've ever experienced IMMEDIATELY after swallowing them. I usually only eat a light breakfast as I am one of those people who eats several small meals a day, and a half a bagel or a small bowl of cereal isn't enough to offset the nausea these pills produce. I feel like I'd have to eat a full breakfast every morning, which simply is not feasible for my lifestyle - and I don't even know if that would fix the problem.

The pill DOES have all of the recommended vitamins, but yeesh, what's the point if you can't keep it down?

i placed an order for this product twice, amazon send me the wrong product twice then insist that it is all my fault

The product was delivered as advertised. Everything in order. Pills fine. The price was decent but not great.

I hardly have pimple. I don't why after a few weeks of taking this I got pimples. The only change I did is take this new vitamin. I am now stop taking it. I will update later to see if my pimples will go away.
