Made from high-quality parts that will last a lifetime. The design is Well thought out. The burner output is higher than any other 2 burner I know of. This is great for getting water to boil or food to cook up quickly when it's very cold. Century is also a good company that stands behind their product.

My son and I lead a Learning Tour to Denali National Park every summer. With no on-the-ground host organization (in contrast to our other trips), I have to do all the cooking--for a group of 15-20--deep in the Park. The first year we borrowed somebody's little 2-burner Colemen stove. We managed, but more btu's were badly needed. I saw this stove advertised on Amazon, bought it, and baby, we are coooookin' in Denali now...! Compact yet powerful and rugged, it's exactly what we needed--along with some fresh blueberries for the pancakes...
