This is a great workout bag. High quality, low space consumption (i live in a 1 bed- apt), and durable! Worth every penny!

Since I don't get paid by the word, here's a short version.
Good bag, the base could be pretty loud, but a simple solution is to put it on some anti-fatigue mats. The numbers give a good variation to a workout routine. As expected, the video is good for a basic/beginner. Might give some new ideas to a workout. Gloves are lightweight. Good value for the money, and all expectations met.
