Cepia 24-Inch Glo-E Sparkle Bear

My daughter is getting a Glo-E Christmas this year! She has had a Glo-E 12 inch bear for almost 2 1/2 years and will almost not be separated from it! I bought it as a whim and it was the hit of her birthday...and ever since!!!! Its the best impulse buy I have ever made! I have now gotten her every Glo-E baby line of all 3 bear sizes, the 12" monkey and the 16" puppy! Calla I'm sure will still be her favorite since that is her "best friend" (her words, not mine) but will be thrilled that her whole room will be glowing with light from all her Glo-E friends whenever she wants them.

My daughter got this from her aunt for Christmas. It was such a big hit that we had to stop and buy the same for my son (they are 3 yr old twins). By the way, the Walmart regular price on these is $11. These have become their favorite bears & they ADORE them.

A couple of negative points - there is no way to test whether the bears work when in the store (maybe this is why they aren't flying off the shelves!). When we got the second bear home, it was defective so we had to drive all the way back to Walmart that night and exchange it for a different bear (we opened it in customer service to ensure it worked before we left!).

The other downside is that the light it creates in a pitch black bedroom can distract your kids from going to sleep.

Overall, I still give this an outstanding rating bc its cute & my kids LOVE them!

I purchased this one for my daughter because of the "sparkle" part of the whole thing. My son already had the glo bear and I wanted to get something they could tell apart. I figured the "sparkle" would be perfect. Once I received it and we opened it up, there was no sparkle about it-its still a great big,cuddly glo bear, but there are sure no sparkles about the bear. There just wasn't a difference from the plain glo bear and this one.
Still a great product, just minus the sparkles, so your better off getting the plain glo bear and paying less.

We have two of these, one for each child and we also have two of the smaller dolls for the car. I love that the lights shut themselves off, it's just about enough time to fall alseep they rarely need to turn them on a second time and they do provide enough light to read a story by too. We just couldn't live without these nifty bears. They are the most important bed time tool we have. The batteries last a good long time too, these get used every night and often played with during the day too and I think I have only replaced the batteries once in nearly a year.

I got this for my 4 year old godson he loved it. His mom called me when it came in and the whole family was enjoying it from ages 1-15.

The bear is wonderfully soft and cuddley. The color change is fun, this has replaced the nightlight in my daughters room. She snuggles up with the bear and the glowing colors soothe her to sleep. Getting the battery compartment open was a problem due to the very small screw keeping it closed. But, otherwise nothing but "Glowing" reviews for Glo-E bear.

My daughter loves this bear. She is afraid of the dark so when I saw this, I had to get it. There have been many times when I have gotten up in the night and her bear is glowing. The only thing I don't like is it seems to go through batteries quickly but it's worth it.
