I assumed when I purchased my ceramic top stove I could clean it with paper towels and a plastic pad and that just didn't work. So, this scraper is fine, especially since it's almost impossible to find single edge razor blades and this is safer to hold anyway. It scrapes off burnt or sticky things or just hardened cooking spills of any type. If you purchase it with other items the shipping is free and believe me it's harder to find these in stores than it is to just click a mouse.
The plastic handle seems sturdy and the cover will protect the blade and fingers when storing - you really will like this for any ceramic stove top.

The scraper works great it is a razor blade in a plastic handle. So the handle wont scratch the stove top. I saw this scraper @ a few different home stores for around five bucks. Cheaper once you include shipping. I paid double once I added shipping. Don't get bit like I did, good product just watch the price + shipping.

I looked at many grocery and Target-esque stores for this very flat top stove blade, and I was unable to find what I wanted. Since I needed something, I tried other brands and types of cleaning and scrubbing products (such as Weiman cook top wipes and Scotch Brite cook top cleaner with refill pads), but none worked as well and as quickly as the blade. I didn't think I would find it at Amazon, let alone Prime eligible!

This isn't necessarily a bad product, it's simply a razor with a handle attached to it. The scratch pad is fairly low quality though. I can quickly remove set-in stains off my ceramic stove with the scraper, but I don't wake up every morning thankful that this product has come into my life. Then again, if you are a terrible cook like me and always make a mess, it is definitely handy to have.

This scraper gets the baked on food off better than when I scrub for minutes by hand. Highly recommended.

Great product. It scraped off all the stuck on stuff on the glass cook top. The cooktop looks like new.

I have a variety of scrapers I use to keep my glass top range clean. Most work fine for general spills but for spills that are thin and really burnt on this tool (and elbow grease) really gets to the hard spots

This product is perfect for cleaning up the crusty burned things that seems to appear on the glass top stove. Cerama Bryte scraper and pad work wonders with them. No hard scrubbing just a little scraping with the blade and the spot is gone. Sometimes I use liquid stove top cleaner, but for quick clean ups just use the scraper and the pad. They are safe to use on the glass cook tops and are the only things I would use to clean my stove and keep it looking like new. I have been using scrapers on my stove the whole time I have owned it and never had a problem. This is the only way to keep your stove looking nice, shiny and clean.

cheap but still good quality, you can change the blade once it gets dull so you really never need to buy another one, just buy some new blades. i use it to clean my glass stove top. the pad that comes with it is nice bonus, but only lasts a few cleanings.

We love our ceramic cook top but cleaning up burned-on spills was quite a chore before we bought this scraper.It does a fine job of removing those spills without a lot of effort and without scratching the surface. Be careful though, it is quite sharp.
