I recently purchased this when they banned all devices with heating and cooling elements from our work and we had to get rid of our water cooler.

I was a skeptical after reading some other reviews (for other colors for the same crock) that mentioned a leaky spout. We did not have this problem at all. If the gaskets are installed properly (the directions are easy to miss) and tighten the nut down well there should not be any problems.

Great Crock. It sits on my kitchen counter filled with filtered water for our daily use. Easy to clean and fill. Very happy with the quality.

When I saw how long the seller was allowing for receipt of the items, I immediately went to cancel the order & they had already tied it up saying it couldn't be (I'm not talking even a day's time). Seller is in California & we're in Arizona. This normally takes 1 week maximum to receive items by a carrier with tracking numbers (such as FedEx ground) instead of USPS. This took 3 1/2 weeks with no tracking number. Refunds are charged a 20% restocking fee. Locally we can buy this item $20 less. Poor buy. Find it locally. Water Street sells them that are lead free too. When I contacted the seller about this, I got a response saying that it was received within the time frame, it was not. I didn't find the seller wanting to give customer satisfaction. They didn't respond when I wrote, then responded after I received the product late, and just told me that I'd chosen standard shipping, but I see another report that said they'd chosen a faster delivery & still got it late. So... consider this before buying from the seller called "dvs13" - Get it locally or use someone else.
