This book is definitely Art Nouveau porcelain at its best!! This book celebrates Amphora, an artistic adventure in ceramics by the artists and artisans of Turn-Teplitz and Bohemia. Lots of big color pictures as well as history of the Amphora pottery works and history of the artisans that produced it such as Stellmacher, Dachsel, Wahliss and Riessner. A must-have for the collector of this fine type of art or for the art history student studying porcelain and ceramics.
