Worth reading. Interesting tidbits of information; good to read all the various views and key points that appear to be common in many of the articles although it does make it rather repetitious in reading the whole book; all the medical terms can make it kind of confusing - some articles are easier to read than others for those of us who haven't studied anatomy or medicine. I can tell you though, that for someone who does not actually feel the physical symptoms of what gluten is doing to my body, reading this has made me more diligent about not cheating and being more careful to keep gluten out of my diet.

My son needed some information on Gluten Free diet and this book gave him information he needed. It was delivered on time. Will do business with this company again. Thank You

Great book!! A must read for someone who has Celiac or anyone trying to understand the disease.

As a newly diagnosed celiac, I have bought many books on the subject. This book is particularly informative and I highly recommend it.
