Worthy new effort by the long-running German krautrock / progressive pioneers. This CD's line looks to be a trio, made up of two original Faust members; Jean Herve Peron-bass & vocals and Werner 'Zappi' Diermaier-drums along with new member - Amaury Cambuzat - guitar, keyboards and vocals. About every track here has plenty to offer the old school fans - like the inventive opener "Kundalini Tremolos", the awesomely droning "Accroche A Tes Levres" and the soaring "Ce Chemin Est le Bon" to start off with. Then I was also taken with the odd-sounding "Stimmen", the tripping "En Veux Tu des Effects, en Volia" and the thirteen-minute title cut "C'est Com...Com...Complique" that shows you, the listener the future of krautrock. From where I'm sitting, it sounds awfully good. Very impressive, to say the least.

To me, a uniquely supernatural and visceral sonic accomplishment. The first time I listened to "C'est Com...Com...Complique" it took me to places I've never been to before. "Esoteric" comes to mind as a description, yet I think that just about anyone who enjoys being fully engaged by sound compositions will savor "C'est Com...Com...Complique".
