5.0 out of 5 stars Great for everyday wear!
I love shoes. I like high heels, I like patent leather, I don't typically get excited about a flip flop. However, this one is the exception. While it doesn't exactly add much to any of my outfits, it is super comfortable and works well for my early, early morning swims and trips to the farmers market. I got the solid black pair and I find that I have them on just about every day at some point. While they are a bit expensive for a flop, I think they are going to prove well worth the money. This shoe is well constructed and feels like it has the heft to last through quite a few summers. I especially like the contour of it...it's not flat like a typical flip flop and it so comfortable on the foot! Also, I found it was very true to size....I go back and forth between an 8 1/2 and a 9 depending on the shoe. I ordered the 9 and it fits perfectly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Runs a bit small, still a great flip, March 17, 2009

This sandal runs a little small on the foot base. The straps are also a bit tighter on the foot. I am happy with it and would say overall the sizing is consistent for the chaco shoe. So go with your normal size just keep in mind the two factors above. Love this flip. Very comfortable footbed and durable materials. You can wash this in the washing machine and it comes out brand spanking new.

5.0 out of 5 stars relief!, August 28, 2008

My legs and feet do not ache anymore as with other flipflops. The support is all it claims to be. Another plus for my family (we all have a pair!) is they run on the narrow side which is great for us who have difficutly finding stylish, good, supportive NARROW shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars great purchase!, June 24, 2010

Let me begin with stating that I AM CHEAP. True Story. So when I finally thought about getting a pair of flip flops that cost more than 10 dollars... I was hesitant. When they first arrived (quick delivery btw), I was hesitant. I also hated them. Because they made my feet hurt... Eventually I discovered that my feet hurt because I was walking all wrong all these years. I was recommended this brand by a sales associate at REI and finally decided to check them out. I highly recommend these flip flops and this brand to everyone. They are worth every penny. You will wonder what you were doing before you started wearing Chaco. If I wasn't such a cheap ass I would buy more pairs.. .and eventually I will. I am also excited that (apparently) I can wash in with the laundry! Sweet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super comfortable and worth the money, June 4, 2011
I have never been able to wear flip flops because they were not comfortable. The Chaco flip flops are awesome! They are super comfortable and look nice. They will be the shoe I wear 90% of the time this summer. I was skeptical because they are pretty expensive, but they are well worth it!

5.0 out of 5 stars great flip flop, September 14, 2010

this is a great flip flop. the ribbon in the middle did cut a bit, but i just used a little glide (anti blister stuff avail in any running store) and had no problems. it's supportive and tough, and is not clunky like the original chaco. it fits almost exactly around my foot and i have regular/medium width. I'm a size 10, and this doesn't make my foot look huge. i think it would be too narrow for a wide foot.

5.0 out of 5 stars best flips ever, September 10, 2010

I love these - I have two pairs now, plain black ones and these really cute brown numbers. Have worn them nearly everyday all summer long; as a matter of fact they're on my feet right now. Since I already had a pair I knew exactly how they fit and what size to order. They're true to size, give your little foot good arch support, and are seemingly indestructible. Which is why they're worth the price. I tried to get them in a local store, but they fly out of the store and they were out of my size. Ordering was easy, efficient and I didn't have to wait long for their arrival. Cheap shoes are never worth it - Chacos are a good investment.

These take a little getting used to because of the high arches. They are amazing for sore feet, esp. those with plantar fasciitis due to the great support. Expensive, but worth the money in hot summer months.

5.0 out of 5 stars Life savers, July 25, 2010
So I knew I loved these sandals just based on the ease of wear and general comfort on a day to day basis. HOWEVER, I had no idea how outstanding they would be under pressure. I just returned from Seoul, South Korea and walked briskly several hours a day up and down flights of stairs, hills, and streets. Because it rained so much, I did not want to wear my cloth sneakers, so I sported these. I even hiked down from the top of Seoul Tower in them. BRILLIANT performance. Not only were my feet pampered by their support, but at night the only things in pain were my tuckered out legs from all the exercise. BUY THESE SANDALS.

My favorite footwear is always my Chaco Flip Flops--they are incredibly comfortable, have good traction, and are great support for my feet. The Chaco Premium Sandal is a great price, looks good, and feels wonderful.
