I bought these sandals for my father as a birthday gift. He loves the shoes, he has been envying my chacos, so I decided to buy him a pair. He wears the sandals very often during the summer, and eventually, when my old chacos broke I had to borrow these for a beach trip. This is where it gets interesting, be forewarned: Do not use these for regular water sandals. These chacos are made out of leather and do not dry quickly. In addition, the sandals leave a smell if worn and used in water consistently.

Great sandals... just wish they had 1/2 sizes. Go larger if you need to!!

These only lasted one season. I mean, they didn't break or anything, but now they are so uncomfortable, I would rather go barefooted. Those thinking about purchasing a long term flop, look elsewhere.

I am shocked at the 4 and 5 star reviews of this product! The main problem is their weight. They are very heavy whit ch make the straps chaff away at the skin on top and sides of your feet. The flat nylon "strap" that goes between your toes also rubs your skin raw. If they were light weight and had a smooth round piece around the strap that goes between your toes they could be worth the money. After wearing them for a few hours they had to be retired from use until my feet can heal!!!
I strongly suggest you find a local seller so you can try them out and bring them back for your money. It is such a hassle to make returns by mail.

These sandals are great, i ordered a men's 7 to wear as a women's 8 I should have gotten a men's 8. Gave them to my daughter and she loves them. Very durable and they look nice.

They're Chaco's. Not much else to say except that when you find something from Chaco at a great price, there's no reason not to buy it.
