5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable shoes
These were my first pair of Chaco's and when I saw the exceptional price (around $35), I jumped at the chance as most of what I had seen at the stores were around $90. They arrived quickly and I found them to be very comfortable. Sizes were true to form (and may actually run just a bit bigger than I thought). I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a...

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent flip flops
They have a nice look, are made of quality material, and the bottom has really good traction with no signs of wearing down. However, if I'm gonna spend $50 on a pair of flip flops they better be comfortable. Don't get me wrong, they fit nicely and are smooth, but they just don't form to your foot very much. I find my feet getting sore after walking in them for a little...

4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable After Some Time, February 25, 2009

Like many shoes, it took a while to break these in. However, it took longer than expected, with many a blister to show after about 2 weeks before they were truly comfortable. They do offer a good amount of support and my feet don't ache after wearing them continuously.

Overall, they are a pretty comfortable sandal for the price, just as long as you don't mind breaking them in for a while first.

Chaco's are my fav. I have used them for hiking and other outdoor activities before but these are going to be used for my groomsmen next year. We are all wearing them in my wedding. They are well made but the leather is probably not made for heavy outdoor activities. They are great quality and look amazing.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Comfy Shoe, September 16, 2009

First of all i would like to thank "CHACO" for making this pair of shoe. I wear it for about 2 weeks to & fro from work and home. I walked about 4km daily. I feel like i am wearing a pair sandals or slippers. Its very light & comfy. As for the Size, it fits me perfectly. No regret in buying.

5.0 out of 5 stars Redrock in the Grand Canyon, September 2, 2009
I got these for a rafting trip through the Grand Canyon. The rafting company suggested these and a few others. They also suggested getting shoes early to break them in. I got them a month before the trip to break them in, but they were comfortable from the start. On the trip they did great. They held up for 7 days of rafting with at least one hike a day up side canyons. A couple of folks in my group had problems with failing footwear. No troubles for me.

I find my feet getting sore after walking in them for a little while which is annoying. I've had these for a year now, so I think it's a bit late to for them to keep breaking in.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good value is hard to beat!, September 30, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought a pair of these for work. I work at a youth residential facility and was looking for a replacement for my Asics trailrunning shoes. At $36, these were hard to pass up, so I didn't. The material is durable, and I like the hard toe bed a lot. Unfortunately, they aren't running shoes which means they are good for walking, but have only minimal arch support at best. So, don't run in them. As far as looks and functionality, they serve their purpose.

I buy ALL Chaco products. I have a bad foot and it eases the pain in my feet. Also, try the sandals. You will not regret your purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Are you a comfort person? If so, these are for you!!, March 5, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is my second pair of Chacos and I would recommend them to any person who loves to be comfortable. My wife purchased the first pair for a gift for me and I loved them so much I got another pair. The low price was great also from Amazon, but after wearing them anyone would be willing to pay more for these shoes!
