The device may be perfectly good, if only it were possible to deternine how to use it. The instructions are useless, rendering the device useless. I have seen instructions in broken English that were a bit difficult to follow before, but the instructions for this device are incomprehensible. Do not waste your money--as I did. Go for a slighty higher price item that will, hopefully, actually be useable!

It's as described, it really looked like normal car remote keys. It has buttons that has no labels I guess to make it look more like a car key and to make it more discreet. It's small so it's easy to misplace specially when you're a klutz but it really record clear video and the photos are pretty decent. It's hard to look for decent camera at this price that would really work. Most likely you could find one that would only work once or twice, you're very lucky if it would 3-4 times. But, this KeyVU is really amazing it works really great. I have used it a lot and it still works, it does not easily wear and tear.

I'm not really sure what happened but I got a user guide that is written all in Chinese but good thing the package has a link for the online user guide (best of all it is written in English). The instructions were not that hard to follow, it was pretty basic. Just had a little difficulty inserting the memory card because of the size of the camera and enormous hands. When I finally got the memory card inserted and fully charged the device, it was working without any problem. Both video and photos are great.

The manual that came with my camera were printed really small, I have a poor sight so couldn't read it clearly. Good thing I found their user manual online so was able to have my camera working. Inserting the memory card was a little tricky because it was small but with a little patience I was able to properly insert it. Good quality video and audio. The photos taken were all nice, very clean and clear. All in all I had a good experience with this camera.

Anyone who have seen this device didn't really think that it was a camera. I show this device to my close friends and families and they just thought I had a new car. They were really surprised that it was indeed a camera. It's effective to use for surveillance.

The video and photo recorded/taken by the camera are good. It's not that crisp like those recorded using an HD camera but its decent and clear, it could pass for Youtube posting.

It fits the purpose of covert recording. It may take some time to familiarize which buttons to press for recording and taking a photo since the buttons has no labels which I believe is the best if you want to use this camera covertly. It's not that hard to use, I never really had any problem the first time I use the camera and up to now it is still working like brand new.

An incredible piece of junk. Extremely poor directions. First it ate my memory card. When I finally got it out and back in again I can't tell if its recording or not. Can't find the file on my computer either. When I emailed them with my concerns they sent a very friendly reply and a phone number. Of course no one is available and they'll return my call if I leave my number. No thanks. I only paid $10 but it isn't worth even one penny of that. I guess you get what you pay for, but I didn't even get that. Too late to return it.

I still haven't been able to us it because the instruction are not of any use. They don't make since or they fail to give step by step instructions. The product might be ok but I don't know how to use it.
