...have no chance when you put this little pocket chain saw to work. Very sharp and very portable. This is a tool that you will want in your camping gear, your BOB or BIB, or your WTSHTF gear.

It is well constructed and I found the 36" length to be ideal for one-person use. It does take a little coordination on your part to use but does an excellent job. Don't try to force to work; use long and sure strokes and the chain works on its own almost.

As described this product will cut through trees at your next zombie apocalypse or fun family camping trip. The case is great and the blades can be sharpened pretty easily.

Great saw -- the entire case and saw is no larger 5-6inches tall and 1.5 in wide.

My only regret is not getting the longer chain right now. This works well. You have to give yourself about 15-20 minutes to learn to use it properly, and once you figure it out, you will fly through most any piece of wood. The trick that I learnt is not to keep the chains parallel as you are cutting, but keep them about 45 degrees from the center point of your cut. If you keep that in mind, itll go smoothly. If the chain is too close together you will bind on the wood, too far apart and your arms go through muscle failure.

I bought this for fun because I had a huge gift card balance I wanted to spend. I didn't quite know how to use it at first, but after 10 seconds of experimentation, I got the hang of it. The online reviews are not lying, this thing cuts branches and trees amazingly quick. I only wish I had bought it 3 weeks sooner, when I was actually cutting down a tree (that was about a foot in diameter).

My only regret is that I didn't buy the longer one.

This is a perfect tool to carry if you expect a tree to fall on you in the forest and you don't have a big axe or an electric chain cutter at hand. It might take a few weeks to do the job, but at least you know you can. I haven't used mine yet since I haven't had a tree fall on me but I look forward to that day.
