If you sit in a chair too much, you could use this!,
This review is from: Tai Chi in a Chair (DVD)
I am in good shape and excercise. When I complained about back, hip pain and general malaise from sitting at my desk too much I watched this DVD at the suggestion of a friend. I must say that after watching this DVD, in some time, I found myself doing the exersices at my desk and that it helps me keep my body and mind better adjusted. I feel better. The moves really become a subconscious act as your body wants what you do here. Beats the **** out of a chiroprator.

Horrible...still pictures and limited-to-no narration,

Simply horrible. The instructor doesn't bother to instruct. Most
of the DVD looks like a SLIDE show of still pictures and text, limited "movie" (visual or audio instruction) This is by far the worst DVD of any kind I had the misfortune to own. I can't believe the high reviews other people gave this...

(Almost) the most fun you can have in a chair,

You know those stretch-in-your-seat videos on long airline flights? This is the grown-up version. If you can't do a full-sweat workout for whatever reason -- age, injury, lack of time, or the NBA Playoffs on TV, that doesn't mean you can't do exercise that'll help keep you healthy and make you feel better. This simple, relaxing video shows how to adapt traditional Tai Chi and other Eastern techniques for stretching and breathing exercises while you're sitting down. You don't have to dress in black and join that intensely-focused group in the park every morning. But there's also background material that explains more about the techniques and principles should you want to learn more.
Hey, 40 million Chinese can't be wrong!
