I have been searching for the perfect floor mat for my office chair. I hoped this would be it but it is not. The mat cracked in center where it folds within 2 weeks.... I will keep searching.

Purchased this mat less than a year ago. Sits on top of a medium pile carpet in my basement. I use it for my computer chair. It is cracked and numerous places. Now chunks of the mat are breaking off. Won't buy this again.

Perfect size and very sturdy fo the new office chair I purchased for my room. I have a low pile carpet that I would not have been able to roll on without such a product. THis is much better than some I have seen in staores like Walmart. Its about $10 more than those, but well worth it to me.

This mat not a neutral clear as it appear on the pictures. It has strong ugly bright blue color tint that most likely won't match interior of your room, unless you have a blue carpet.

I previously had a Rubbermaid carpet mat so this time I thought I'd try a cheaper alternative. I took one for the team on this one. This product comes folded in half and is stiff plastic. It's also thin so it splits at the fold after a maximum of a week of use. You can duct-tape it together and still use it, otherwise the casters on your chair will keep getting stuck in the split and this can be annoying. I'd go for the Rubbermaid version instead, it's rolled, thicker, and more durable.

Mat folds in the center for shipping and easy trips to the trash. Love it. Other than that it is typical cheap chair mat. Use it in my office every day and so far it has lasted about 3 months with no chips, tears, rips, etc. which is not a record yet but even if it goes out tomorrow not too bad for the cost and in comparison to other brands. I love the folding ability though and the price is better than much of the alternatives I have seen. Yep, I will be here buying another when it is needed. (now if they would only become "prime" eligible)

I tried several other mats, and did not have much luck. This mat has lasted far longer than several other mats. For the price, this one works pretty well. I can recommend this one, especially for thinner carpet (mine is thicker carpet, and that causes minor warping issues, but again ... my carpet is 1/2" thick, plus padding).

I used to buy those hard plastic protectors and they would normally split in just a month. These are made for the average carpet thickness and I have had it now for about 4 months really no problems. The only issue that I have it that if I am on it for a few hours without moving much, the chair kind of sinks into the mat and is a little awkward shifting out of that position. Overall though, I am very happy with it and would buy another one for my office. All the Best!

Could have been packaged better instead of being plastered with "fragile" stickers...pretty much at the mercy of the shipping company.
The mat itself is decent enough, although I wonder how it will do as far as durability..I have my doubts.
So far it does what it's supposed to.

This chair is real leather in a beautiful color, silent wheels as it rolls on a hardwood floor, and so comfortable that I can sit and work for hours at the comfort without pain and I am disabled with a broken back and neck. That is saying something about a chair that can do that!
