Although they only entered Top 10 just between 1970-1973, Chairmen of the Board remain one of the most memorable 70s soul groups because of the trembling voice of their leading vocalist and main songwriter, Norman Johnson! This CD includes all their hits and of course their Top-3 classic 'Give Me Just a Little More Time'!

i grew up listening to chairmen of the board. in my town of greensboro nc they would perform regularly. one of the members actually lives here. this is a great cd. here are highlights. give me just a little more time, dangling on a string, everythings tuesday sound as good as ever. bless you,a gospel beach music blend is wonderful. everybodys got a song to sing could be a gospel song itself is outstanding. pay to the piper, will get you dancing with a hint of disco. patches, is sad and inspiring and sounds much better than clarence carter. you must buy this cd it is the best. 15 songs total. all will please your senses.

And here are all the hits 'Give Me Just A Little More Time' 'Pay To The Piper' 'Finders Keepers' 'Dangling On A String' 'Chairman Of The Board' and the original 'Patches' These guys were at the top of their game in the early 70's. Went to Carolina in '93 and found them still doing it. This disc is gold.
