This is an incredible CD. When I sit with it in meditation the sounds of the bowls cause my chakras to vibrate, many times with an incredible intensity. It works on all seven chakras. The bowls sound as if they are resonating within me and after listening to it I feel very balanced and energized. I listen to it almost daily for this reason. To me it is "worth its weight in gold"
The book is a small sized version of a coffee table book (5"x5", 56 pages) and is a simple introductory book about the chakras. A very quick read with basic info.

Most Excellent for opening and balancing Chakras, yet! I have done many chakra meditations, but this one by far, is the Best I've experienced!

The book is almost exactly the size of a CD jewel case, which is fitting, since all you are really buying is the CD. I didnt find much more information about chakras than I could have found in 5 minutes of surfing and reading online...let alone how singing bowls affect the chakras. Of the 48 advertised pages, a good portion are pictures. Being a glorified, hard-bound album insert it just wasnt as informative as I had hoped from this 'book'; more like booklet. The audio tracks seem nice however...
