I would recommend this CD (or MP3 downloads) to anyone who is new to meditation. Aimee's voice is very soothing, and she does a great job of walking you through the meditations, as well as explaining what chakras are.
You should be aware of the fact that these meditations reference your chakras (as the title clearly states) as well as angels. If you're not into that sort of thing, this CD probably isn't for you. Many folks, when they realize the connection between chakras and Eastern beliefs immediately assume this is somehow idolatrous. While I certainly don't agree, I understand the concern. However, no "gods" are called upon, nor are they even referenced (to the best of my knowledge anyway).
If you're new to the idea of chakras, track #1 will help you understand what they are all about. You probably won't get as much out of the next two tracks if you have no clue as to what chakras are. Track #1 is not really a meditation, but rather a short lesson on chakras. Track #2 is a guided meditation which lasts a little more than 20 minutes. Track #3 is a condensed version of track #2, for people who don't have as much time (it's approximately 11 minutes long) or can't focus for much longer.
Aside from all that, it's offered at a great price. I have listened to tracks #2 and #3 several times already.

I loaded this and several hours worth of meditation music into my ipod. I return to that folder several times a week. The meditation is enjoyable and I do not get tired of it. I have others that do not make me happy, and this one still does after ayear. I am not a beginner, and I recommend this.

I found this a great chakra healing meditation. Aimee's voice is calming and soothing. The 10 minute meditation is great for starting your day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great guided chakra healing journey.

good info, jarring imagery
The introduction has some great info on chakras. Don't get the chakra healing meditation if you're not into angels, though.
