"Just wanted to tell you I love the Chakra Meditation kit.
I got a massage one day and it opened up my chakras. Then I met this opera singer who sang Italian arias to me as well as a barely talented lounge act. Anyway it was like the music was flowing through me on a warm breeze. I kinda felt like your dog must feel when you hit the right place behind his ear and his leg starts thumping. Very intense.
So then my heart was aching for something I knew I couldn't have and it really threw me off balance. So after thinking on it all night (how silly of me) I decided to try the Chakra Meditation Kit. When I first purchased this and listened to it, i was put off by it's for lack of a better word, cheesiness. However, when i gave it a chance, it has actually helped me tremendously. he's got the right things in mind, seems that i hear what i need to hear when i listen to it. I'm happier and more in balance by a long shot.

I wanted to give this an enchanted 0! Don't waste your money, too many good books to read and spend your time on. The CD wasn't helpful at all, couldn't listen to the whole thing, the first few minutes of his voice turned me off. The cards did nothing but create a distraction, same with the CD. Nothing helped me achieve balance Chakra Meditation Kit: Bring Balance to Your Mind, Body and Spirit (Book, Cards, and CD)
