When I first purchased this and listened to it, i was put off by it's for lack of a better word, cheesiness. However, when i gave it a chance, it has actually helped me tremendously. he's got the right things in mind, seems that i hear what i need to hear when i listen to it. I'm happier and more in balance by a long shot.

I wanted to give this an enchanted 0! Don't waste your money, too many good books to read and spend your time on. The CD wasn't helpful at all, couldn't listen to the whole thing, the first few minutes of his voice turned me off. The cards did nothing but create a distraction, same with the CD.
