This is a gorgeous presentation of mudras. Ms. Mesko's instructions are clearly understandable and well-thought and offered in a setting of visual beauty. Anyone with an inkling of the profound benefits of ancient hand gestures will also recognize that they are receiving instructions from a true master.

Sabrina Mesko has very effectively imbued this project with her uniquely artistic vision and has successfully gone far beyond anything I've seen in this genre. Ms Mesko's voice, which provides narration throughout, is extremely soothing and inspires profound calmness.

By the way, I am in the US of A and have had no problem playing Mesko's advanced mudra DVD either on my little portable player or on my PC.

I am a social worker and I am often burned out and stressed when I get home after a ten-twelve hour day. A friend gave me this video and suggested it might relieve stress. I was dubious at best. These mudras and breathing exercises were unlike anything I have ever tried before. They are simple to follow, and give immediate results. They are broken down for specific situations so you can go directly to your area of need. The art direction is stunning, and Sabrina Mesko has a reassuring warmth as she leads you through the mudras. Whether I pop the dvd in for five minutes or 25, this was the best gift ever. I am able to implement these techniques at work easily to de-stress and focus my energy. I highly recommend these mudras, they are truly healing and rejuvenating!

This DVD is for the PAL region, not NTSC!!! I purchased it from Aquarius Music through Amazon and was sent a PAL disc. Amazon needs to update this information. I agree with the reviewer who said this is a grave disservice to Sabrina's work. I was so excited when this DVD arrived. I ignored all the warnings thinking my DVD player was new enough. The problem is not that my DVD players are older but that the program is for an entirely different region!!! I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to viewing this DVD as I really loved her first one and want to take my mudra practice further. I have both of her books, but her DVDs make the practice come alive. Sabrina, if you read these reviews, please, please, please make this available as a Region 1 recording.

Okay, I just got a reply from Aquarius Music and they will be printing an NTSC version in the next 2-3 weeks(if you order this DVD, I would recommend contacting Aquarius directly and requesting an NTSC copy)and they're going to send me a copy as soon as it's finished. They even said I could keep my PAL version. That's what I call service! I am changing my rating to 5 stars because of their prompt and professional reply and becauase I'm sure that the DVD will be nothing short of amazing. Thanks, Sabrina and Aquarius! You really came through!
