I like this book especially for the meditation and visualization techniques used in energy healings. The easy-to-follow instructions helps prepare the mind for healing work and assists in projecting the appropriate healing color. I also appreciate that the information in this book explains techniques for both diagnosis and healing. If you are interested or new to energy healings, this book will get you started on the right path.

I purchased this book as a compliment to what I am learning in school. It is amazing! Very easy to understand, very well written, and a fantastic source to return to when I am working on clients. It has sections that speak about how to prepare yourself to read, actual reading, interpretation, as well as an entire section of exercises to practice on everything from clients, family, pets, even plants!

As a future Holistic Health Practitioner I would recommend this book very every library that is based in holistic health. A tremendous reference for energy healing!
