A Great Guide! Concise and Authoritative.,

After going through a few Kundalini episodes and trying to find a good guide book on 'handling' or understanding this experience, this book is one of the best I've found. Next to 'Kundalini - A gentle Guide to Awakening'. The author makes explicit the connection of Kundalini and Chakras and the endocrine system, and describes some medical research done in Japan. Soon, this phenomenon has to move out of the fringes of mental pathology and into some kind of coherent cultural integration. But, not likely, I guess. Meanwhile, for those of us wondering what the heck is going on with us, books like this are invaluable. May God bless you with Light&Love, and make your own awakening a gentle one.
