The information was just right for beginners. Easy to read and apply awarenesses. Can be used as a self help guide. Small enough to carry in pocket book or purse. Illustrations were colorful and motivational, and provided great learning awarenesses. Cost of book could be more affordable so more people would buy the book.

The book is an excellent guide to the chakras, explaining their function, dysfunction, and ways to heal them. The language is easy to understand, and the book serves as a great introduction to these energy centers. Beautiful and original illustrations, too!
