Very good beginner book
This book provides an easy to understand description of the charkas. The meditation exercised are simple and great. I have to agree that the kindle version of this book is terrible in print quality BUT the paper version is a nice almost pocket size and has larger easy to read text. A great book for any beginner.

Book is Good - Format Horrible
I just bought this book for Kindle because I have the hard copy which I like a lot. Do NOT buy the Kindle version of this title. The formatting is horrible, almost impossible to read. Enlarging the font size does not help at all. It looks like a sloppy (and therefore fuzzy) scan job. I'd love to have my money back.
