All of the cryptograms in this collection (400 to be exact) are quotes from a wide assortment of famous personalities from Winston Churchill to Mick Jagger. For those experienced in cryptograms, this collection won't be terribly challenging, but it will be a good introduction for beginners. If any puzzles prove too tricky, Nash offers not one, but two clues each in the back of the book. (Of course the answers are there too, but don't cheat!) A few challenging puzzles, but most are moderate or easy. Again, a nice place to start if you are new to cryptograms.

I don't do cryptograms, but my wife does. She received this book as a Christmas present, and she seems to enjoy it. She works a cryptogram from the book almost every evening.

I just purchased this book and am enjoying it. The type is slightly small as far as giving room to write, but otherwise I found it to be reasonably challenging for me at my current skill level

I bought this for my mom, so I asked her what to say in a review and this is what she said:

This book has 2 hints, which are sometimes neccessary to get started. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the print is a little small, therefore there is less room to write the solutions. But I have done 25 of them, so it hasn't slowed me up too much!

An interesting variety of cryptoquotes, challenging but with some variation of difficulty; some slightly easier than others. Clues are available in the back of the book

Nice format ( large enough to write above) Good hints. Nash has always provided great entertainment in her cryptograms
