Best Mop
This mop is great! It loosens the "dirt" and picks it up without smearing. It is sturdy and well made.

Disappointment
This mop was poorly wrapped in a flimsy, flattened cardboard box, causing the aluminum handle to break during transit. Of course, I had to return it, even though it is what I really wanted. I only received credit for the mop and not the shipping, which I don't believe is right. It wasn't my fault that it was broken! Pam Springstead
