This is an excellent value-for-money hoodie from Champion. It is sturdy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The seams, zipper and ties for the hood are well-made and solid. The zipper (full metal) has a bit of a rasp, but I fixed that easily with some wax from a candle. Though the hoodie material seemed light-weight, it can be surprisingly warm, so having a full-zip is perfect for this type of hoodie, just to cool off sometimes. Just to note, it is not exactly a windbreaker (but not meant to be one), so if a really stiff wind is blowing, it can get coldish. The plus side is that because it is of light-weight material, I can also wear it indoors and not get overheated.

The one I bought is a gray, and this comes with an inner dark blue lining for the hood (the inner part of the rest of the hoodie is white). This model gray shade is just perfect because it is dark enough so that not every smudge shows, but it is still light-color enough so that I am visible to cars at twilight when walking or cycling. The size is a perfect fit for me, either with or without a sweater underneath. In conclusion, I found that this model compares well against other hoodies (even against some other Champion models), especially for the price being charged.

Comfortable but the sizes came MUCH bigger than I expected. I will try to shrink it but make sure you order a size smaller.

I needed a new jacket to replace my old one, which was rather flimsy and had a frustrating zipper. This jacket seemed to be what I was looking for so I placed my order.

The jacket is constructed really well, and doesn't seem flimsy or cheap, despite it having a very cheap price. The material isn't thin, but not too thick, but that is what I was wanting. A light spring or fall jacket for when it rains. The drawstrings on the hood are fairly thick compared to some jackets with just a cheap string attached. Also the zipper seemed to be constructed well and appeared to be fairly durable.

I know there are complaints about the sizes being off and it being too large. I normally wear a 2X shirt, and after reading some comments decided to order the 1X jacket. It fits perfectly, so you may want to order 1 size smaller than you normally wear. I don't think the 2X would have been extremely large, but I like my clothes loose fitting anyway.

All in all, it's a good jacket at a great price. Not meant for really cold weather, but that should be pretty obvious when ordering this type of jacket anyway.

This jacket is very comfortable and has a soft fleece inside. The hood is a little heavy and often pulls the jacket backwards, so if I have it zipped up all the way it pulls on my neck. I've washed it three times since I've had it and it still looks brand new, minimal shrinkage the one time I put it in the dryer to shrink it a little bit.

I bought six of these as Christmas gifts and will give to different people than intended. The medium size is bigger than a normal size large so order at least one size smaller. I also ordered sizes large, extra large, and 2X large. The extra large is huge and will easily fit a large person. Shipping was prompt and quality is excellent for the price.

I bought one for me and one for my husband and we both love them. We wore then in Scotland in the wet cold weather and they were perfect! Very Comfy and soft on the inside too.

I bought this for my teen age son and he just loved it. He is hard on clothes and it is wearing well!

Based on the advice of other reviewers, I ordered a medium, even though I normally would wear a size large. The shoulder size is perfect, but the arms are about 2 inches too long. If you like your clothing to be slightly baggy, the slightly long arms should not be a problem. I am pleased with my purchase and would consider buying another one of a different color.

The double dry fleece sweatshirts from Champion are very comfortable. I have both crew pullovers and now the hoodies, and have been pleased with both. They are a nice, soft, light- to mid-weight sweat, and do seem to stay pretty warm and dry; but be aware these are not heavyweight material.

Also they seem to be good quality construction, and have held up well under cold water washing and low tumble drying. All the ones I have were made in Mexico. Very good value for the price!

I read the reviews stating to order a size smaller, heed that advice. I was hesitant and went with a large. The Large hoodie that arrived would fit someone 6 foot 2 260 pounds no problem. Unfortunately that is too big for me.

I am going to wash it warm the first couple times and it should shrink up a little. Wish I went with the medium but not going to send it back. The garnet colored hoodie does have a grey lining for the hood. Good deal at the price I paid, and being a little big on me is ok, I can always layer up under it on the colder days.
